• Discuss preprocessing ABCD data with Yibei & Aaron (debbie and alina also interested)
  • download derivatives processed here
• Started rewriting analysis scripts for processing ABCD phenotypic data (to use as generalization set for HBN analysis)
• Spent most of the week running new CHOP models and improving stratification of data
• Met with Debbie about her thesis
  • offered to review proposal
• Worked on HHMI application
